Empower Pragati and Navjyoti Foundation signed an MOU on 30^th April, 2011. It was signed by Rajiv Sharma and Dr. Kiran Bedi for the respective organizations, in the presence of Mr. Dilip Chenoy, CEO - NSDC. The MOU signed is for setting up of Empower Pragati’s first Rural BPO at Navjyoti Community College, Kairala (a village in North West Delhi). The Rural BPO will provide employment to the youth trained by Navjyoti Foundation and it will benefit the Corporate customers by giving them a commercial advantage and also contribute to their ‘Corporate Social Responsibility’.

The center will be operational from June, 2011.
