Rajiv Sharma
Rajiv is Founder and Managing Director of the organization. A Management Graduate from Faculty of Management studies and Law graduate from Delhi University,he has over 25+ years of work experience with organizations such as HCL and Airtel amongst others. While at Airtel, Rajiv was the CEO of the Enterprise Business Group.
Pritha Dutt
Pritha Dutt is a Director at Empower Pragati. Pritha drives the Human Resources, Training and Process Quality function across the country. Pritha holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Political Science and a PGDPM & IR from XLRI-Jamshedpur and a recipient of the British Chevening Young Managers Award for scholarship to Leeds University, UK for the year 1997. She has over 20 years experience in India and abroad as a HR professional which includes AKZO Nobel-Singapore, Bharti Televentures Ltd, EIH Hotels amongst others. Her last assignment was as President , Capacity Building Division for Feedback Ventures Pvt Ltd.
Paul S. Lalvani
Paul is a Director and co-founder of Empower Pragati and heads strategy, business development and partnerships. Paul has over 20 years of global management and consulting experience working with UN agencies, foundations, Ministries of Health and non profit organizations. Paul has degrees from Kellogg School of Management and University of Wisconsin.
Jagannath Rao
Jagannath is a Director and co-founder of Empower Pragati. He is the Head of Operations for South India. Jagannath is a graduate in mechanical engineering from National Institute of Technology, Rourkela and a PGDM from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has over 22 years of experience in India and Europe, including senior management experience with TVS Electronics, BPL and ICICI group. He was part of the start-up team which designed and launched the retail finance business at ICICI.
