Rural India's spend on consumer goods is between 40 to 60%, while their contribution to GDP is less than 30%. There are over 100 million skilled rural youth, who are unemployed. To provide employment to the rural youth and to reduce migration to urban areas; Empower Pragati is setting up Rural BPOs.
