EGMM & MEPMA

Rajiv Yuva Kiranalu is conceived by the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh to build job specific skills among the unemployed and place them in appropriate private jobs. Vision of RYK is to Convert large no. of non-literate, school dropout, unskilled and unemployed youth into productive workforce by building their skills thereby promoting inclusive growth. The mission proposes to employ 15 lakh youth in jobs in the private industry by 2014.

EGMM

Empower Pragati is engaged with the Employment Generation and Marketing Mission (EGMM ) , Government of Andhra Pradesh for skilling the rural youth across the state of Andhra Pradesh. Skill development and livelihood programs in supply chain management, home care nursing, IT enabled services, retail amongst other sectors are offered by the company at its training centers. The company targets to train and provide livelihoods to over 10,000 youth during the financial year 2012-13. The project duration is for an initial period of 3 years.  

MEPMA

Mission for Elimination of Poverty in Metropolitan Areas (MEPMA) focuses on training and providing employment opportunities for the urban youth. They have signed an MoU with Empower Pragati to train over 2000  urban poor in 7 districts of Andhra Pradesh during the year 2012-13. The project duration is for an initial period of 3 years.

Plan Saksham

Empower Pragati in partnership with Plan India (India chapter of Plan International) is currently running vocational training centers in different resettlement/slum colonies in Delhi/NCR wherein the under-privileged youth of these areas  are provided skill training in Retail, Hospitality, ITES etc which leads to their employability in the relevant sectors.

OSEM

Odisha State Employment Mission (OSEM) , a society incorporated by Department of Employment, Technical education and Training . Government of Odisha  has a  mission for enhancing employability of unemployed youth through skill development training program for generation of employment for under privileged youth through various partnerships and industry tie-ups. They have signed with Empower Pragati to train and skill 30,000 youth for next 3 years in different districts of Odisha.

Delhi Government Pilot Home Manager Project

Delhi Government Home Manager Project Empower Pragati in partnership with Samajik Suvidha Sangam (Mission Convergence) has undertaken a pilot project to train and enable livelihoods for women from amongst the urban poor, under its Home Manager program.

DLF Foundation

Empower Pragati has partnered with x  to run vocational training centers across Delhi to train and place the youth from the weaker sections of the society in trades such as Retail, Hospitality and ITES.

Aircel

Empower Pragati has  partnered with Aircel to work in more than 7 states across India to train and place urban youth located in the remote/slum areas in trades such as Retail, Hospitality and ITeS. An emphasis is given on computer literacy and vocational courses for the students at the primary and secondary level studying in the Government. Schools.

MPCVET        

Empower Pragati and the Madhya Pradesh Council for Vocational Education and Training    (MPCVET) have signed an MoU  to build skilled manpower in the state of Madhya Pradesh. 10 skill development centers (SDC) would be established in the districts, with the objective of skilling 2000 youth per year during the pilot phase.
