Job Overview:

Manage the entire women entrepreneurship training program at the centre level while conforming to the quality standards prescribed by the company and funding partner. Job is purely on contract basis for a period of one year (can be extended on a need basis).

Qualifications:

  • Graduate
  • Preference for female candidates
  • Preferably 2-4 years of experience in livelihood & skill-training sector

Responsibilities:

 

A. Project Deliverables

  • To ensure regular mobilization in the nearby communities – Minimum 500 potential trainees to be reached out to for every batch through community awareness and gender sensitization programs
  • To successfully enroll 20 candidates per batch while adhering to the selection criteria set by GIZ
  • To ensure a minimum batch attendance of 85% at all times
  • To ensure completion of training and preparation of business plans for a minimum of 20 participants in every batch.
  • To ensure loan processing- Preparation of application files, submission and handholding of candidates through the entire process
  • To assist in the setting up of entrepreneurial ventures for the candidates after securing funds
  • Facilitation in the mentorship program and guest lectures
  • All project-related documents and data collected to be submitted as per set timelines
  • Achievement of targets while sticking to projected cost pertaining to that centre
  • Conduct quality training as per the session plan 
  • Regular documentation and timely submission of progress reports

B. Process Compliance

  • Compliance to Project Guidelines and Company Processes
  • Ensure high quality at every step in the entrepreneurial chain – mobilization, enrollment, training, loan financing, establishing businesses, and post establishment handholding

C. People Focus

Bring out the best in the team (trainers, mobilizers), lead from the front, and take ownership of all project-related responsibilities

D. Innovation

  • Introduce new techniques for improving the quality of mobilization, enrolment, and business set up and growth
  • Introduce innovative training methodologies
  • Out of the box initiatives to ensure smooth loan application and procurement

E. Brand Building

  • Prepare case studies for all participants undergoing the entrepreneurship program
  • Build a strong connection with all stakeholders in the community
  • Contribute with posts/stories on project highlights to be uploaded on social media
