Government Objectives:  Training and Placement of Rural youth from Odisha mostly from SC, ST & OBC sections, Empower has trained over 1500 beneficiaries.

Empower Pragati has worked with Government of Orissa from December 2012. We have trained 845 students and placed 322 candidates in sectors like IT/ITes, Retail and Beauty & wellness.

Orissa State SC/ ST Finance & Department Corporation:

Govt. Objective:  To implement skill development program for the SC & ST youth from backward districts in Orissa. 1800 such youth will benefit directly through residential & non residential programs.

Empower Pragati has worked in this project since June 2013 onwards. Empower Pragati has trained 800+ candidates and successfully placed near about 400 students in sectors like Beauty and Wellness, IT/ITes, Telecom and Apparel.
