About the project:

The Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) announced the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) Antyodaya Diwas, on 25th September 2014. Empower Pragati signed MoU with PBSSD on 15th Mar, 2018 to commence this project. The target given by PBSSD is 2200 rural youth, who will be trained and placed in jobs with regular wages within Mar 2018 – Feb 2021. Districts to be covered for this project are Uttar DinajpurDakshin Dinajpur, Bardhaman , North 24 Parganas, Hooghly, Bankura, and Howrah.
