Swarna Jayanti Shahri Rozgar Yojana comes under Ministry of Housing Urban and Poverty Alleviation (MoHUPA).

This is under SJSY- STEP UP program, GOI. Empower Pragati has joined this project in March 2013 till March 2014 in Delhi and in Haryana stated one month earlier. And has trained 1800 candidates and placed 685 candidates in sectors like Retail, Beauty and Wellness, Tourism and Hospitality and logistics.
