Beauty Trainer
On-Field – Fulltime Position
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Beauty Trainer to join our team in Bathinda. As a Beauty Trainer, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive training to our staff members, empowering them with the knowledge and expertise required to excel in the cosmetology field. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience and a Post Graduation in cosmetology to ensure the delivery of top-notch training.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs on various beauty and cosmetology techniques to the staff members.
- Design training modules, materials, and presentations to enhance the learning experience.
- Conduct practical training sessions, demonstrations, and workshops to ensure hands-on learning for the trainees.
- Assess the training needs of the team and customize training programs accordingly.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in the beauty industry to incorporate into training sessions.
- Monitor trainees’ progress, provide feedback, and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs.
- Collaborate with the department to identify potential areas of improvement and implement continuous learning initiatives.
- Create a positive and motivating learning environment that fosters growth and skill development.
- Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards during training sessions.
- Assist in organizing beauty events, workshops, and seminars for staff development.
Required Qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the beauty and cosmetology industry.
- Post Graduation in Cosmetology or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proven track record in providing effective training and mentorship to beauty professionals.
- In-depth knowledge of various beauty treatments, skincare, haircare, and makeup techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey information effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with trainees and build a supportive learning environment.
- Ability to adapt training methods to cater to different learning styles.
- Up-to-date with the latest industry trends, products, and technologies.
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple training sessions effectively.
